Rock News: Vince Neil is tossed out of court.
Motley Crue's lead vocalist Vince Neil has lost his legal bid to sue his former attorney.  Neil filed a suit against his former attorney Josephy Eisenberg  because he claimed that the attorney mishandled his bankruptcy case in 1997. This mishandling of the case, errors in the paperwork submitted by Mr. Eisenberg, led to Vince being sued by one of his creditor's and fines from the court. Last December Vince sued Eisenberg for mishandling the bankruptcy case. That suit was dismissed earlier this year in California court. Neil hired another attorney and was attempting to appeal the case, but it too was thrown out of court this week.

Looking on the bright side is Vince is back to playing large venues this summer as the front man for  Motley Crue, on  their tour with the Scorpions. So he is making lots of money again, hopefully.
