The Ozzy Movie

Not one to rest on his laurels, Ozzy Osbourne will be keeping busy after the completion of the Ozzfest this summer. Aside from a new solo album that will be release next year, Ozzy has began work on a film project of his life which will hit the big screen next year.

The screenplay was written by Ozzy and he has hired an unknown British actor to play the lead role. This will not be a complete story of Ozzy's life and times, it will begin at the point in his life where he was fired from Black Sabbath and met his wife Sharon.

According to Ozzy's wife/manager Sharon Osbourne don't expect a movie like The Doors. "If you can imagine Rocky, that's what Ozzy is. I liken Ozzy to Rocky a lot and that's what the movie is like. It's not what you'd expect at all. It's not your typical rock n' roll, sex 'n' drugs. I think it's going to surprise a lot of people. He's not a character like a Sting or a Mick Jagger, where you all know the story. What you see is what you get. There is no other side to these people. And nobody knows Ozzy. Nobody knows the real Ozzy or the fight that Ozzy has had during his life. He's a very quiet person. He keeps to himself and no one knows the whole story. It's a very interesting story. It's going to start as he gets fired from Black Sabbath. There will be no historical footage. Ozzy's is writing the screenplay with an unknown English writer that Ozzy's worked with."  states Mrs. Osbourne.

We will keep you updated on this story as it develops.
