Rage Against the Machine and Black Sabbath to Co-headline OzzFest?

It has only been a couple weeks since speculation that Guns n Roses would be headlining Lollapalooza 99 made the rounds on the internet. (See Story). Now the other major festival tour of the summer has rumors of its own.

No one officially confirms or denies that Rage Against the Machine has been asked to Co-headline the Ozzfest this summer with Black Sabbath.

Is it true? No one knows for sure. Speculation that Rage is the front runner is pretty solid, but with reports that R.A.M.'s  next album will not be in the stores in time for the tour leaves doubt that they will indeed take the slot on the tour.

Other names being tossed around to be included on the tour are Rammstein and Rob Zombie.

The dust should settle by the end of  next month , and a solid roster should become clearer, until then we will report on which band is rumored to be considered for this tour and others..
