Fan Reviews

We are excited to now feature Fan Reviews here at Rock n World! Who better to rate an album or concerts strength or weaknesses than the people who know the artist best.

So if you just purchased a CD or went to a show and you just have to tell the world how great it is this is the place to do it. Or if you just shelled out your hard earned money for a Cd you feel would be better placed on your coffee table as a coaster than in your CD player, we will allow you to warn other fans too.

  Fan review instructions

It's really rather simple, write a brief review (a half a page up to two full pages in your favorite Word processing program.

Cut and paste the review in an email and send it to Editor@rocknworld.com

Do's and Don't:

Do not use your favorite Four letter words, we would hate to offend anybody. (very easy to do in this day and age)

Do not steal other peoples review and submit it as your own, that is not a very nice thing to do.

Do be descriptive, don't just saw this "CD Rules" or "This CD Sucks"

Suggestive format for those who are stuck on how to write a review.

The best format for a CD Review is to introduce the CD in the first Paragraph, give a brief comparison of how it measures up to the artist former work, or to other artist in the genre, then take either the best and the worst tracks and explain why you love or hate them. You may also include all the tracks. Then finalize your review with a paragraph summarizing why you love the CD or Hate it as a whole, and maybe a short message to other fans like, "IF you love so and So drop everything and go buy this CD" or "Only the most Die hard fans will enjoy this latest CD by ".  These are just guidelines feel free to write the review in a style all your own if you wish, just follow or do's and Don'ts above.

Of course Rock n World has the final word on what gets posted, we may edit your review for clarity or grammar, etc. and Reviews submitted to Rock n World become property of Rock n World and the Iconoclast Entertainment Group LLC. ( Our lawyers said we had to post this).
