Motley Crue lives up to their name: Sixx and Lee to go back to court.

Motley Crue members  Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx are being sued by a security guard in Greensboro NC.  The security guard claims he was spat upon, kicked, and called racist names by the Motley Duo during a concert at Greensboro Coliseum in Oct. of 97.

According to an Associated Press report the security guard, John Allen, is seeking $75,000 in damages for each alleged offense. Allen claims that Nikki Sixx rallied the crowd to attack the guards and that Tommy Lee poured beer on him.  The incident in question was caught on video tape. There is no report of criminal charges being filed for this incident.

Lee and Sixx have faced such allegations before. Lee recently agreed to a misdemeanor plea bargain for charges arising out of an alleged incident that occurred  in Phoenix during Dec of 97 where the guard claims Nikki and Tommy assaulted him after a show.  Sixx has pleaded not guilty to the Phoenix charges.
