 NEWS UPDATE:  Tommy Lee is going to the Big House.  

Los Angeles - Tommy Lee the drummer of Motley Crue was sentenced to 180 days in Los Angeles county jail on spousal abuse charges on May 20th.  

He was also sentenced to three years probation with the following terms. Lee must abstain from drugs and alcohol use. Stay at least 100-yards away from his estranged wife actress Pamela Anderson Lee. The court also held down a 
 three year suspended sentence in California state prison, which goes into effect if he violates his parole. Lee was also ordered to pay a restitution fine of $1,000, pay a domestic violence fine of $200, and pay the Battered Women's Association $5,000, as well as  serve 200 hours of community service. 

Lee was  arrested in Feb., for assault on his Wife Pamela, he changed his plea from Not guilty to no contest on April 7 as part of a plea bargain. Under the agreement the Los Angeles County D.A.'s office dropped  the charges of Child endangerment, possession of a hand gun as well as violation of probation.  

Lee also faces assault and battery charges with his band mate Nikki Sixx for allegedly  assaulting a security guard at a Motley Crue concert in  Phoenix last December.
