Rock News:New GNR Album almost done.
We promised an update so here it is.  The present incarnation of Guns 'n' Roses has completed most of the work on the new studio album. All that is left is for Axl to lay down his vocal tracks. But before you will be able to get your hands on that album, you should be able to buy the Live album, featuring the Classic GNR lineup. Work is supposed to be done on the live disc by the end of the month, so it should hit the stores sometime this fall.

Who is playing on the new studio album? Guns 'n' Roses today is Tommy Stinson formerly of the Replacements on Bass, Robin Finck of Nine Inch Nails fame on guitar, Dizzy Reed on Keyboards,  Josh Freese on drums and Axl's childhood friend Paul Huge on guitar.

Still no official released  date for either album, but movie goers have received a sneak peek during the closing credits of "Big Daddy". The live version of Sweet Chid of Mine is played over the closing credits, but what many did not know is the live version morphs into the new band playing the song.

As always, as soon as we know more, we will pass it on to you.
