Rock News: Metalfest goes National.
The now world famous Milwaukee Metalfest may be coming to a city near you. Jack Koshick who produces Metalfest as well as the New Jersey March Metal Meltdown has decided that these festivals should reach more of the metal enthusiast in America. So he will produce a series of Metalfest type events across the U.S.

Texas will get the first installment with November to Dismember scheduled for Nov. 5 and 6th in San Antonio.

Then comes March Metal Meltdown on March 31st and April 1st in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Then L.A. will get Mayhem in May at a as yet unnamed venue.

Metalfest will return to Milwaukee on July 28 and 29th.

More cities are expected to be added to the madness.

No itinerary has been released yet, but keep your eye on our Concert Guide and News section for updates.

Oh yeah, tickets will be available through Ticketmaster at a cost of $50 to $55 for a two day pass and $30 to $35 for one day. They might already be on sale for some of the events, so check with Ticketmaster.
