The tour is being dubbed the "Sick and Twisted Tour" for obvious reasons and will kick off Feb. 18th in Lakeland, Florida. 

The Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation has been delighted and disgusted many in the past as it toured showing off animated short films that were just too, well sick and twisted, for Spike & Mike's popular Classic Festival of Animation.
