Rock News: C.C. leaves Poison again
And yet another band personnel shake up for
the new year has occurred. This time it was with Glam Masters, Poison.
C.C. DeVille has left the band because
Poison front man Brett Michaels blocked C.C.'s plans to have his solo band
Samantha 7 open the Poison Summer tour.
According to MTV news, Samantha 7 was slated
to open the tour in support of their forthcoming major label release, but
Brett Michaels squashed those plans.
Despite this news, Samantha 7 and Poison
still march on. C.C.'s band is reportedly in talks with Lit as a possible
opening band for that alternative bands summer tour. And rumor has it that
Tracii Guns is set to fill C.C.'s shoes in Poison.
