If you're a fan of Pantera chances are
that you'll like this album. Single Bullet Theory brings power metal back
to the frontlines with heavy, melodic tunes loaded with crunchy guitar
riffs, angry and emotional lyrics, and leads that might not be the fastest
but sometimes (in this case) less is definitely more. This disk takes you
back to the time when hair metal was on it's way out and the world screamed
for someone not making music in a "paint by numbers" style. Single Bullet
Theory might not be from that time but they are keeping the sound alive.
There is a little something for everyone
on this album, for those who like growling, there is plenty. For those
who like lyrics with passion and actual singing, they got you covered.
If your looking for melody, look no further. For those of you wanting to
get a pit going, well they got that pit bounce that makes it happen. So
check it out, it's worth it.
