Fenix Tx - Purple Reign In Blood: Live Review
By Morley Seaver

.
Fenix TX broke up in 2002 but under pressure by their massive fan base, decided to give it another try. To kick things off, they have released a live record. Maybe I'm dumb but I don't get the Slayer-Prince cover theme. But anyway, there are not too many surprises here. There are two new songs (covers) with everything else coming off their two previous records. There is a whole lot of energy, however, with the band sounding very Blink 182-ish. Great for existing fans but this is unlikely to win them any new ones.
