DevilDriver - The Fury of Our Makers Hand Review
by Dan Cappello

.
Solid rock hard heavy metal is exactly how you describe DevilDriver's album The Fury of Our Makers Hand. This album should be in every heavy metal freaks CD collection. It has a furious sound that can blow your speakers out of the wall if you're not careful. It has potential for being one of the best heavy metal albums of the year.

The moment you hear the first song "End of The Line" you get blown away by its intensity. Then you will probably think well there is no way they can top that song. Well think again my friend because they definitely top that song, more than once too. The following track "Driving Down The House" makes you forget you even heard the first song. Than a song like "Sin & Sacrifice" is just going to make you start a mosh pit in your own home. This could be a good thing or bad thing, depending on how many valuable items you own.

Definitely check these guys out. Their intensity will blow your brain out of your skull, but it is well worth the mess. If you love heavy metal and plan on attending a show from the Sounds of the Underground tour than get familiar with DevilDriver. They are on that tour with many great bands including Lamb of God who just finished touring with Slipknot. This album is metal at its fiercest and should definitely be on every metal heads must get list.

Release Date: June 28, 2005
