Tokyo Dragons - Give Me The Fear Review
by Kevin Wierzbicki

.
I have to hand it to Tokyo Dragons for one thing; they haven't forgotten that rock'n'roll is a euphemism for doin' the dirty. They know they don't need to be too sophisticated with their song titles, witness "Get 'em Off," "Teenage Screamers" and "Come on Baby." They know that, uh, "love," needs a little kick-start sometimes, so they bring along the party favors for "Do You Wanna?" and it's easy to answer question, "Do you wanna get high?" And they know all about the morning after too---the full line from "What the Hell" is "What the hell did you look like?" Don't expect anything more from this English four-piece; they're not trying to reinvent the wheel. They just want you to shake your ass, preferably right in their collective face if you're a female. In return, they'll be in yours with two crankin' guitars and a pounding rhythm section. These guys will never be big stars but they have the Kiss-meets-Def Leppard thing down adequately.
