In addition to our standard privacy
policy the following terms also apply. Personal information is gathered
solely for the purpose of the awarding of prizes. IEG will furnish JVC
and/or their agents with the winners name, age and address in order to
award the prizes to them. Your personal information will not be used for
any other purpose and if you do not win the drawing for a prize your personal
information(name, address and email) will not be used at all except for
the gathering of anonymous post contest reports to be shared with the sponsor
of this contest and/or their agents.
Contest Rules:
Only one entry per household. No
Purchase is necessary. The contest is open to U.S. Residents over the ages
of 18 and is void where prohibited. Winners will be selected by random
drawing on October 10th, JVC car stereo winner will be drawn from the lists
of qualified winners of the event passes on October 10th and will be notified
via email. Grand prize of JVC stereo will be awarded at a different
time than the event passes. IEG reserves the right to revoke the awarding
of the Prizes if insufficient contest entries are received by the deadline
listed above. The amount of contest entries to qualify as sufficient will
be determined at IEG's sole discretion. If you are under 18 be sure
to get your parents permission before entering the contest. Employees of
the Iconoclast Entertainment Group and JVC are not eligible for the drawing.
IEG reserves the right to amend these terms at any time for any reason.
