Moe was born in Parry Sound, Ontario and took an
interest in, and began playing guitar around the age
of six. When he reached his teens, he became more
involved in music, ultimately joining the stage band
as a lead guitarist at Parry Sound High School. This
experience led to playing live with a few rock cover
bands.
At one point, Moe decided to move from his home in
Parry Sound to Toronto in hope of furthering his
career, or discovering some new opportunities. Once
in Toronto, Moe joined and/or formed several rock,
country and blues bands. Moes evenings and
weekends consisted of playing local venues and
making a little cash on the side, while his days were
spent working at a day job.
In 1988, Moe formed a band where he had the
opportunity to write and co-write songs and began
singing background and lead vocals. This new band
was called The Fact.
After some time, The Fact split up and Moe moved on
to form a few more cover bands, namely, Sparks,
Cabin Feever and Gearjammer who provided him
with some greatly desired lead singing experience on
a more regular basis. He is now working on some
solo original music, produced with the assistance of
Brian Gagnon. To date, Moe has worked on three
singles; Money, Nothins Happenin and Youre
Going Down. Moe feels quite fortunate to work with
Brian as he has worked with several successful acts,
such as, Shania Twain, Frozen Ghost, Frank Soda,
The Hunt, and Sheriff, to name a few.
